We are buying agents for our customers and not the selling agents for the manufacturers.

Customer Satisfaction

Our success is based on your satisfaction; both the products you buy and with our company as a whole. We are committed to honest and timely communication between our staff and customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is defective upon arrival, you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or a refund. Shipping Excellence

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse. We strive to process your order fast and accurately and we have designed our facility to do just that insuring your order arrives quickly and in good condition.

We have extensive inventory in our 85,000 sq. ft. warehouse. However, due to their size, some items are drop-shipped from our suppliers. You will be notified if there are any back-ordered items, or of any possible delays in shipping your order. We don't use any deceptive advertising gimmicks or any hidden handling, packing, or shipping fees.
